On Friday, we visited our friend Kimberly and the twins, Bodie and Annelise. Its amazing how much kids grow when you don't see them for a month or two!!We had fun! The twins were really interested in Melanie (and her diaper bag offerings) and she was equally interested in them. After taking it all in, all the kids were ready for a mini nap!! It will be so fun to watch them all play once she is active and mobile!!
I'm looking forward to when Melanie is walking around. But also a little worried I won't have the energy to keep up with her! She's gonna keep Brian and I in shape!!

On Saturday,we spent lots of time with daddy! Its always nice to spend time as a family. Brian works so hard and its nice when we can all just wake up together and start our day. The weather hasn't been too nice lately, but once spring rolls around we will be out and about as MUCH as possible!! By then, she just may be crawling too, keeping us extra busy!One of her favorite toys
Happy Birthday Grampa!!
Sunday was Larry's birthday, so Brian and I, along with his brother Travis, made dinner and spent some time with him. It can get a little hectic with 3 Kerr boys in the same room at once!! But Melanie seems to take it all in pretty well. Grampa Larry loves to see his little buddy Melanie! She "talks" back to him and smiles her big gummy smile.

So, as of Monday, she is now turning on the lights. It's so cute and amazing to see her get her little fist to cooperate and flip the switch up. It's probably a good thing she isn't able to actually reach the switches herself... yet.She is such an incredible little girl!! It is so much fun having her around!! Even the dogs get excited when she wakes up!! She truly is a big deal in our home!
